Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of AgentGrade, made by lilAgents ("we," "us"), on agentgrade.app and through the AgentGrade plugin for ChatGPT and other AI assistants. By using either, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use AgentGrade.

2. What AgentGrade does

AgentGrade fetches a public web page and a few related public files, runs automated checks on them, and reports how well AI assistants and answer engines can find, read, understand, and cite that page. It is free, and it needs no account. It reads public pages only and never changes anything on the site it grades.

3. Acceptable use

Scan public web pages. Do not use AgentGrade to probe private networks, to get around a site’s access controls, or to send a site more traffic than an ordinary visit would.

Do not run automated or bulk scans, resell access, or try to get around the limits of the website or the plugin. We may block requests that look like abuse.

4. Your results

You may use, share, and act on the reports you get, including the fixes and code snippets. The grade comes from automated checks at one moment in time. It is guidance, not a guarantee of how any AI product, search engine, or crawler will treat a site, and sites change after a scan.

5. Other sites and services

Reports link to and describe other websites, and the plugin runs inside AI assistants that we do not operate. Those sites and assistants have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AgentGrade is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent the law allows, lilAgents is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of AgentGrade. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us to use it, which is zero.

7. Changes, law, and contact

We may change AgentGrade or these Terms, and the date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use AgentGrade after a change means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: support@lilagents.com.
