Privacy Policy

Who we are

AgentGrade (agentgrade.app) is a free tool made by lilAgents ("we," "us"). This policy covers the AgentGrade website and the AgentGrade plugin for ChatGPT and other AI assistants that connect to it over the Model Context Protocol (MCP). For questions, email support@lilagents.com.

What we store when you scan a site

Every scan, from the website or from the plugin, saves one record with the URL you entered, the URL it resolved to after redirects, the time of the scan, and whether it came from the website or the plugin. We use these records to see how AgentGrade is used and to improve it.

We do not store the report, your IP address, or anything else about you in that record. The URL you scan should be a public web page. Do not put personal information in it.

The ChatGPT plugin

When you use AgentGrade inside ChatGPT or another AI assistant, the assistant sends us only the arguments of the tool it calls: the URL to grade and, for the fix list, an optional category. We do not receive your name, your email address, your account details, or the rest of your conversation, and the plugin has no login.

The plugin returns the full report, including every fix, with no email required. What the assistant does with your conversation is covered by that assistant’s own privacy policy, such as OpenAI’s.

The email form on the website

On the website, you can unlock the fixes by giving an email address. That form sends us your email, your name and company if you enter them, the site you scanned with its grade and failed checks, and how you arrived at AgentGrade (the referring page or campaign tag). It is processed by Netlify Forms, copied into our HubSpot CRM, and posted to a private lilAgents Discord channel so our team sees new requests. We use it to send you the report and to follow up about lilAgents services. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Unlocking sets one cookie, ag_unlock, that holds a signed timestamp and nothing else, so you are not asked again for 180 days.

Who else sees what

To grade a site, our servers request its page, robots.txt, sitemap, llms.txt, and a few standard discovery files, the way an AI crawler would. That site sees requests from our servers, not from you.

We send the URL you scan to Google’s Chrome UX Report API for real-user speed data, and, only if you run the optional lab test on the website, to Google PageSpeed Insights.

AgentGrade runs on Netlify, which processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and may keep it briefly in its logs. The website footer shows badges served by Product Hunt and Orynth, which receive the standard request data your browser sends when it loads an image. Fonts are served from agentgrade.app, and we run no analytics or advertising scripts.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the providers above or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Scan records are deleted automatically 12 months after the scan.

Email form submissions are kept for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, then deleted. The cookie expires after 180 days.

We delete any of this sooner if you ask.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete anything we hold about you by emailing support@lilagents.com. You can use AgentGrade without giving us any personal information at all: scans need only a URL, and the plugin never asks for more.

AgentGrade is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update it here and change the date at the top.
